[Mewtwo has been keeping hidden and mostly away from centers of activity, but not enough to fail to notice something about a few of the residents here. Something that interests him very much. So here it is, Luceti. The most important question of them all.]
How many of you know what Pokemon are?
[Yep. There it is. For fourth-walling, please check out my permissions post!]

Ooh, ooh, I know! I met lots of Pokemon here in this world, and my granddaughter's even got her own!
[written, camera obscured]
AANG <3333]Oh? Your granddaughter is a Pokemon trainer?
But you say that you have met them in this world - they do not exist on yours?
[Also yea you sound way too young to have a granddaughter but ok whatevs.]
Re: [written, camera obscured]
She got a Pokemon that was born in this world after the old trainer got home. And she's been working hard to learn to be a good trainer!
And you're right - my world doesn't have any Pokemon at all. But we have loads of other neat animals! They're really great.
ty XD
I suppose most worlds have animals, yes. [Sorry, he doesn't wanna talk about platypus-bears.]
No prob!
And her Pokemon's a Swellow! He's named Soren.
no subject
How many were here? And how many remain? I would like to know who among us shares a homeworld with me, if you have any knowledge of them.
Swellow? That is an evolved Pokemon...do they battle often?
no subject
They train a lot! But they don't really battle that much. Ikki likes to practice peace, after all!
no subject
Really? If they do not battle, then why do they train? [He knows that there are plenty of reasons to train besides for battling, but. You know. Gathering info. Gather gather.]

Your granddaughter sounds like a unique trainer.
Her Swellow must be very lucky.
[Cause some trainers are bad. :( ]
no subject
I hope that there are more trainers like her. Ikki follows the air nomad practices of peace very well. She's a real good monk.

Explotaro! [Typhlosion gives a proud roar and a joyful smile.]
Aitaro! [Ambipom jumps up and down and claps its tails together, also with a joyful smile.]
Aaaaand Togetaro! [And then Togekiss was a satanic hellspawn. Try not to look into its eyes. They'll devour your soul, Mewtwo.]
no subject
All fully evolved...impressive.
Are you from Johto, perhaps?
no subject
Pretty observant, huh? Yeah, that's right.
no subject
[Going off on a tangent.]
What did you say that your name was?
no subject
It's Gold.
no subject
Have you been to any of the Johto gyms?
[p.s. no he's not gonna say his name]

You say that you grew up with Pokemon? Perhaps your parents raised them? [IM SORRY CAM IM SORRY DONT LOOK AT ME IM HORRIBLE]
you're terrible
But he recovers quickly.] ...I've been with my Weavile my whole life. [He's not clarifying what he meant or answering directly. That's a little too personal for some stranger with their face covered.]
huehuehuehuehuehue
no subject
He is in a tree in the forest!
And so is Weavile, who is currently waving at the journal.]
no subject
It seems to be well cared for. Do the two of you participate in battles?
no subject
Sometimes, yeah. Do you?
no subject
But...when I was younger, yes. I battled often.
voice;
I would say there's quite a few of us here that would know about Pokemon, either from having a Pokemon or being acquaintances with someone who does. [But to be more specific--] As for myself, I'm from the Unova region, so I'm very familiar with the various flavors that come with the Pokemon we have there!
[written, camera obscured]
Unova? We are from the same world, then, though I have never been to your region. I myself am from Kanto.
no subject
Oh, one of my friends is from the Kanto region! From what I've heard about it, it sounds like an interesting place, since it has many Pokemon living there that we don't have living in Unova. [Maybe someday he'll actually go there, but for now--] Are you a trainer?
no subject
A trainer? [PFFFF HAHA THAT QUESTION. He writes this with a great sense of irony.]
I suppose I was...long ago. My Pokemon are now exploring the world. [As they asked him to.]
no subject
Really? [How curious!] What kind of Pokemon are they, if you don't mind my asking?
no subject
...I had many, at the height of my career. I was...a rabid collector. [Haha cause he stole - anyway.]
I suppose...I was most fond of Meowth, and Pikachu.
no subject
no subject
Oh? I once knew a trainer like that. Pikachu are somewhat unusual choices, but they are extremely intelligent and their moves very powerful.
Even if they sometimes end up being...temperamental. [To be fair, Pikachutwo kinda got it from him. :|b ]
no subject
[And that's even without knowing about some of the stuff those two have been through together before Cilan met them in Unova...]

I know about them. I'd say a lot of people here do.

You also seem prone to wasting people's time. Are you interested in speaking about Pokemon, or are you here to be vague and unhelpful?
no subject
That was probably one of the more nerdy implications ever. I'm sure a lot of geeky fan boys would agree with you.

But yes, that description is adequate. Perhaps you are from my world, then?

They're interesting, I think.
[written, camera obscured]
Regardless, I do agree with you. Do you have a favorite species or type?
[written, camera obscured]
I'm fond of Skarmory. They can fly right?
[written, camera obscured]
Yes, Skarmory can fly. Impressive Pokemon, to be certain. Their wings can be used to slice through objects.
Does someone here have a Skarmory?
no subject
That seems useful, but also a little dangerous.
Yes, my friend Shiemi has a Skarmory. She's nice and dependable.
no subject
I do not believe I have spoken to her yet. I would like to, at some point.
no subject
How do you know so much? You must be really smart. Smarter than I could ever imagine.
I hope you have the chance to do that soon.
[Voice]
[From too long ago to fourth wall, and too awkward around strangers to have gotten close to any trainers just yet.]
[written, camera obscured]
May I ask where you are from?
[Voice]
[written, camera obscured]
It seems that you are from an alternate reality from mine. Unless there are two separate planets that include an area known as "Eastern Europe".
